Each month that you are an active subscriber, you get access to Q&A messaging support with me, Daniella. So, if you have a quick question about reducing stress-related symptoms, increasing your energy, or any other aspect of holistic health, you simply pop it across to me through the library folders. If I think your question will also help others in the group, I may create a short article or video on it, for inclusion into the library. Please note that I usually check in briefly to the message board once a day during my client hours, so please keep this in mind when waiting for a reply.
This library contains a growing collection of short articles - short reflections, notes, and ideas to consider each day in order to improve your wellbeing. Currently, there are over 70 x short notes to use as prompts for integrating regular small changes into your life, and I'll be adding more resources regularly, based on the questions that people in this programme want to have answered.
Your subscription also includes access to resource folders for each of the 7 elements. These currently include worksheets to optimise your mindset, yoga posture videos to help with reducing stress and muscular tension. Plus some music & meditations for mindful awareness. There will be more resources added regularly.
When you subscribe, you have the option to include an individual Foundations session with me to jumpstart your path of wellbeing. In this introductory video call (around 75-90 mins) we will explore all the wellbeing issues that are most important to you right now, and we can create your initial wellbeing plan together.
I highly recommend this option, as it is a good way for us to get to know each other better and for me to understand what you want to achieve, so that I can help you more effectively.

Empaths, caregivers, and wellbeing service providers who are experiencing stress, fatigue or illness,
and who want to optimise their own wellbeing.
How long will it take?
Depending on where you are on the stress-illness spectrum, the amount of time that you are likely to need support for will vary.
As a guideline, if you want to reduce minor stress-related symptoms or improve your wellbeing, then I recommend joining for 3 to 6 months. However, if you have a long-standing chronic exhaustive condition which is significantly impacting your life, then I strongly recommend the annual subscription.
