FAQ's about Holistic Tools
When you order custom written content, you will get a list of questions, prompts, and ideas of what you would like to include in your pages or posts. You simply work through these questions, and then send me a message with your instructions. If I have any further questions or anything I'm not sure about, I will message you back so that we are both on the same page.
Once I am clear about your content requests, I will complete your order as soon as I can. This may take between 7 and 14 days, but it's usually before one week. If you want a more accurate time frame, or if you want your items completing quickly, please message me before placing your order.
When your content is completed, I will send it across to you by email in Word documents. You can then simply copy and paste it into your website or blog.
Please note that re-writes or updates are not available for a couple of reasons. First, I ensure that all content is is created to the standard I would use myself. Second, custom content services are already provided at a reduced rate so as to be more accessible for holistic solopreneurs.
My aim here is to support the work of qualified practitioners. So the resources in this hub are for use exclusively by healing practitioners, and are not available for the general public or people who are not qualified practitioners.
The main thing to note is that the resources are for your personal use only. Holistic Tools retains the copyright for all items. As a purchaser, you receive a license to use them within your own practice as a qualified practitioner. You may edit and use the articles for your own wellbeing practice website, consultations, or within your newsletters to clients.
You cannot resell any of the items here to any other practitioners, nor list them through any websites such as Amazon, or via any content creation websites. Neither may you share them on social media, as they are for your own personal use within your practice or your business website only, to support your client work.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription, simply go to your account settings, and cancel directly from there. It will reset at the end of your current billing cycle. So, keep this in mind - especially if you have an annual plan.
If you wish to change your subscription level at any time, you can simply cancel your current plan, and then join the new one instead. The same billing cycle rule applies as mentioned above.
Please go to 'my resources' from the top menu bar. You can only see it when you are logged in. Each of the folders has it's own access page - just click the folder to get to your individual resources.
All active clients with a content or mentorship plan have access to Daniella's message board for the duration of their programme. You can find the link for this on your access page. All messages here are checked once on each weekday, so please keep this in mind when waiting for a reply.
