FAQ's about Holistic Tools
The library subscription provides you with access to baseline support, together with a growing collection of resources for mind-body health which you can work through in your own time.
If you have a question, simply pop it through to me via the message board, and I will create an article or video answer and add it into the library for you.
This means you are never alone - you can put through up to 3 questions each month that you are a subscriber.
Please go to 'my resources' from the top menu bar. You can only see it when you are logged in. Each of the folders has it's own access page - just click on the folder to get to your individual resources.
Change takes time, and so there is a minimum subscription period of 3 months for the library, or 3 sessions for 1-1 coaching. Most people take several months to make significant and lasting changes to their life or health, and for this reason, I recommend booking an annual library subscription. This will give you access to baseline support for a solid period of time.
No. If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, then you can do so at any time by going to your account settings and making changes from there.
At the moment, all the resources are available to stream, view, or access directly through the Holistic Tools portal. They are not available for downloading.
All active clients with a content or 1-1 support plan have access to my message board for the duration of their programme, and it's best to contact me through here.
