Many healers are on a path of wellbeing themselves. One of the main reasons for working in healing modalities is often because we have a personal interest in how we can use these tools for our own health too.
When it comes to the wellbeing of empathic, sensitive, and heart-centred people, this group of people often experience a specific group of health issues. These include a range of health conditions including chronic fatigue, burnout, and anxiety. Plus stress-related symptoms like insomnia, pain, muscular tension, inflammation, digestive issues, and immune disorders.
There are several reasons why exhaustive and stress-related conditions are higher in this group of individuals. From the constant stress involved in this type of work, to a naturally heightened sensitivity to the emotional suffering of others, plus a pre-disposition to these conditions as a result of life experiences, or learnt behaviour patterns.
It takes time to integrate new habits and changes into your life, and so this programme is designed to provide affordable, longer-term support for as long as you need it. It will help you to recognise the underlying factors which influence these conditions, to optimise your mindset, reduce stress levels, and to learn simple therapies for supporting your own wellbeing.
Each month that you are an active subscriber, you get access to Q&A messaging support with me, Daniella. So, if you have a quick question about reducing stress-related symptoms, increasing your energy, or any other aspect of holistic health, you simply pop it across to me through the library folders. If I think your question will also help others in the group, I may create a short article or video on it, for inclusion into the library. Please note that I usually check in briefly to the message board once a day during my client hours, so please keep this in mind when waiting for a reply.
This library contains a growing collection of short articles - reflections, notes, and ideas to consider each day in order to improve your wellbeing. Currently, there are over 70 x notes to use as prompts for integrating regular small changes into your life, and I'll be adding more resources regularly, based on the questions that people in this programme want to have answered.
Your subscription also includes access to resource folders for each of the 7 elements. These currently include worksheets to optimise your mindset, yoga posture videos to help with reducing stress and muscular tension. Plus some music & meditations for mindful awareness. There will be more resources added regularly.
This programme includes a monthly 1-1 video call where we can discuss any wellbeing concerns that you have, and you get confidential, individualised guidance. Each month we will focus on improving one aspect of your wellbeing, and create your action plan to achieve this.
You also have access to messaging support throughout the month whilst you put these changes into place. So, you know that you can always access support when you need it, should you come up against any difficulties (as many people invariably do).
