1-1 Consultations
Consultations can be cancelled or re-scheduled up to 72 hours prior to the appointment time without incurring any penalty.
All appointments which are cancelled or re-scheduled between 24 and 72 hours of an appointment time will incur a 50% fee.
All appointments which are cancelled or re-scheduled within 24 hours of an appointment time will incur a 100% fee.
