Programme Enrolment

If you are unsure about joining one of my programmes, then please book a free discovery call with me before enrolling so that we can discuss which programme is right for you, or whether a different route might be more well aligned for you at the moment.

As an ethical practitioner, I never use pressure tactics to get people to enrol on any of my programmes.  Therefore, I assume that when you join a programme, you have done so of your own free will and volition.

With this in mind, once you have enrolled, and have accessed the programme, there are no refunds available. This is because of the digital nature of the content and resources.  It is also because it is important that we are both fully committed to the 6-month process from the outset, and throughout the duration of the agreed time period.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your programme, please contact me by email so that we can resolve any issue as quickly as possible.


1-1 Consultations

I believe that it is important for us both to respect each others time and commitments.  With this in mind, I prefer not to change any appointments once they are booked into the calendar.

However, I do appreciate that sometimes situations can arise which mean that either of us may need to change an appointment. In the unlikely event that this happens, I ask that we both communicate by email with each other to rebook, leaving as much notice as possible before our scheduled session.

If you need to reschedule consultations on more than 3 occasions during your programme, there will be a £25 re-booking fee applied for each additional change which is made.

Please note that for any sessions which are booked in Cornwall, any changes will incur a re-booking fee of £15 to cover the cost of therapy room hire (which is non-refundable). Plus any additional re-booking fees as outlined above.
