Option 1: Foundations Session
Book a 1-1 foundations session (a 90 min video call)
This will allow us to discuss your overall situation and create your initial wellbeing plan  

Following this session, you can either work through your plan on your own volition
Or add some 1-1 coaching sessions at a later date  


Option 2: Regular 1-1 Coaching plus Resources

Subscribe to a series of 1-1 consultations (around 1 hour each)
Available at weekly to monthly intervals (you can always reduce this over time)
Available as email or video call sessions
