It is not uncommon for people who work in the healing professions to be susceptible to a range of health conditions including chronic stress, fatigue, and burnout.
Symptoms can be diverse, and may include pain, exhaustion, insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive or immune disorders, neurological
These health issues can be influenced by a number of things... the more common ones include regular exposure to highly stressful situations, being in an unhealthy work environment, feeling overwhelmed by high energetic sensitivity, or inadvertently not taking sufficient care of your own wellbeing. However, there are also a number of underlying influences - from a physical pre-disposition, to unprocessed emotions, co-dependent habits, ineffective coping skills, or personal boundary issues, to name just a few.
These conditions can not only be challenging to deal with, if they become severe enough, they can also leave you feeling scared of what may happen in the future, and how this may impact your ability to work. So, it's important to address them as early as possible, and to stop the problem from deteriorating an further.
Prior to my change of focus towards helping practitioners elevate their practice, I used to specialise in supporting people with exhaustive conditions - including CFS/ME, fibromyalgia, and burnout. As an accredited practitioner, I have not only completed specialist training in this area, but I have also had personal experience of recovery from chronic pain and fatigue.
This is an area of health which many people still suffer with, often struggling to find an effective solution within mainstream healthcare. So, I am still offering 1-1 support for empaths, caregivers, and wellbeing service providers who are experiencing any of these related conditions. After all, if you are struggling with your own health and vitality, it becomes more difficult for you to effectively provide help and support for other people.
So, if you are in a role where you are regularly helping others, and you find yourself becoming more and more depleted of energy, or experiencing stress-related health conditions, then I invite you to join me, and prioritise your own wellbeing.
Unlike many of the programmes available on the internet, I focus on providing ethical, holistic, and practical support for your wellbeing. With no hidden extra fees, referrals, or unnecessary interventions. Just a genuine desire to help you develop beliefs, insights, and habits which support your own health; allowing you to thrive whilst continuing to help others through your work.
